in oh just been out blowing the yard wow again I thought you had people handling that for you they picked up the sticks oh okay different project well that’s good you can only have people over here so long as the dogs I can’t I gotta keep the dogs rotated oh my gosh well there’s definitely some some sticks that are gonna be picking up I’m gonna let you lead with this one because it is such a big deal it looks like there was a reversal on the whole thing as far as who said of that yesterday well we were talking about this weren’t we I told you it’s gonna be very interesting see if they keep that cuz I didn’t think they would remember yes I mean it’s really something this whole somebody asked me today did you know something I said no I just I just figured it’s really over -the -top crazy which I like and I I wish they did have a lot of them, I ain’t gonna lie.

I thought they might, you know, the visual of it and everything. Yeah, I mean. I mean, they are shooting a gun with it. This is, yeah, I mean, you kind of wonder about what, right, I mean, like, okay, how far can we go with all of this, so. I mean, there are women and children that are present and all of that, So, of course, wondering how it’s going to go. I started thinking about, yeah, if you livestream it, children are going to see it and it’s just going to be whatever. But I figured it’d be reverse. Well, it definitely has been, and he, of course, pushed back on the suggestion, came from Hegseth.

So Trump has announced the execution to not be live streamed, just so everybody knows what we’re talking about here. Nadal Malik Hassan, this is what he puts out on social media, a former U .S. Army major turned traitor is a very bad and evil man who killed 13 people, including a pregnant soldier who died along with her unborn son and injured very seriously 32 more innocent people. Barack Hussein Obama’s Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, intercepted electronic communications between Hassan and the radical Yemeni -American cleric Anwar al -Awalaki.

When reviewed by his FBI terrorism task force, investigators concluded that Hassan’s emails were not a threat, this assessment of Obama’s administration’s actions was later considered to be a key intelligence failure. With all of that being said, I think streaming the execution for all to see might have been a strong deterrent for the world to witness how America deals with terrorists and scum like Hassan. But many very good people and well -meaning people would rather not watch him die through streaming or through other visual device. He will die as scheduled by firing squad, but this event will not be streamed.

That said, the execution may be viewed in person by the immediate families of the victims if they so choose. They deserve to witness justice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. No one’s going to sneak in an iPhone. President Donald J. Trump. One of them’s going to sneak in. He says a lot here. And the thing that he’s saying here, that he saw it as the streaming of the execution would serve as a strong deterrent for the world to witness how America deals with terrorists and scum like Hassan. But many very good and well -meaning people would rather not watch him die through streaming or other visual device.

So we talked about that, that it would be a great deterrent for anybody that caused this nation or its people harm. That President Trump is not messing around, that this would be the message that was seen and heard around the world. Now it will just be heard after the fact around the world. So yeah, and I wish it was streamed by the way, but I definitely was back saying I bet they back out yesterday Is because I mean you’re gonna have kids and junior high passing around doing memes They shoot him. He does double backflips and lands in hell, you know Yeah, it would just snowball man sure in there.

They would have all the people in some you know and Somalia and everybody and they’d be out there in the streets and so it’s just it’s probably better but I’m glad he’s letting the family members and if it was my family member I’d no matter where it was that I’d be making the trip. I would certainly think that there are a few of them that are going to be there and they’re going to be there to watch it and that is going to be justice and that’s something that they’ve been waiting for.

And here comes the left tweeting dumb shit like so we’re executing men in wheelchairs now yeah we are all they got to do is aim a little lower I mean I don’t understand why all of a sudden we’ve got a situation where people are concerned about whether they’re handicapped or not I’m sorry that doesn’t really hold any precedent for me it really doesn’t if you hurt somebody in this kind of way and you can hear the story about what happened I mean it’s just absolutely atrocious Horrible. Horrific. Those families will never recover. I don’t care if you’re sitting down, standing up, you’re hopping on one foot. It doesn’t matter to me.

It’s taking too long to put a bullet in that scumbag’s head, have you asked me? Well, you know, looks like people agree. So yes, that is definitely going to happen, but it will not be live streamed. So that was one very big announcement today, and we’re kind of waiting because we’re getting close to this whole thing. I can’t believe we talked about that yesterday and then I said I bet they reverse it yesterday. Well it’s a big topic. I mean this is one that keeps coming up in every single conversation. It is being talked about in every single circle that I know of. I mean it’s not like it’s, you know, it hasn’t gotten attention. It’s getting a lot of attention.

Some of these people, I can’t believe if you don’t want to watch it, you didn’t have to watch it. My God.

It’s Okay with me, but whatever you decide however you I mean there are people that get executed all the time You know and there are a lot of things that I don’t want to see including Charlie Kirk I mean he was executed in front of the world We all saw that they do the firing squad against the guy killed him now I mean here’s they do have a firing squad and they should do it nobody He certainly didn’t have a choice his family did not have a choice in the whole matter It happened and it circulated social media, and that was that so that was a rough day on the podcast it was it really was it’s a rough day very upsetting the first one I’m John rich to show me that the first time and I was just like oh my god I knew right then he died instantly right now and I didn’t I did not say that the whole show because I just didn’t want to like be the bearer of bad news or something I didn’t know what to say when I usually just blunt with the truth but when you sent the clip actually I you pretty much alluded to it.

I remember that day like yesterday and you were you said point blank I don’t know how he survives that and then you sent it over to me and I looked at it we did not play it live on the show we felt it was inappropriate to do so because who knows you know I mean it was just I can’t get over that and I when I saw what you sent I went. Oh my gosh That’s there. No surviving it right and you said that actually several times And but a lot of people had already seen it on social media as soon as it happened.

It was circulating everywhere so Yeah, this was terrible and you know, I Don’t know again And we’ve, we’ve got a situation where President Trump said, no, it won’t be live stream, but it’s still happening. It’s on. Which is, which is really good because none of those people that are going to be involved in the execution, they have, they done one. That’s the wild thing. I mean, nobody living that is going to be handling this whole thing has ever, has ever done it. So, I mean, yeah, I mean, he went, he reversed his own defense secretary on the whole matter.

So on Wednesday, Pete Hegseth announced the date and he said in his words that we will make sure that people are able to watch it and that is public. And then a week later today, the president said, nope, you know, what he said, he’s reversed it, but it can still be watched by the members of the immediate family. So that’s good. That’s, you know, if that’s what they want.

but wow it’s gonna be quite a day because you know how the liberals are going to act they’re gonna completely melt down over the whole thing it’s gonna be hard for them like I just said earlier to not have somebody record that and send it out mm -hmm it’s gonna be really hard for them to not have one person with a little secret phone device in there especially if there’s there’s so many family members that were hurt and killed yeah this was horrific well here’s a follow -up on what we were talking about yesterday and it’s a big one the feds give California an ultimatum so this is big everybody else is calling this a purge while the letters own verb is segregate not cancel we talked about it and the case the Justice Department filed today is not even built on voter fraud.

So the 48 hours we told you about yesterday in this particular time, California did not comply. The man holding the drive still has not opened it and the department was in federal court in Los Angeles hours later asking a judge to set those ballots aside. There are 19 days to November 3rd so here is the sentence and this is the big one right here. The letter which Reuters reviewed and the the Associated Press obtained says it this way. Immediately instruct the appropriate elections officials to segregate, not cancel, those individuals vote by mail ballots until their citizenship status can be determined. Again, the word is segregate, not cancel them.

So everywhere else that you look, there is that, there’s a perch. I mean, you can hold on to that one word because every argument about this that you’re going to see for the next 19 days is going to run through this. Dean Logan. This is the man who will not open it. This is his own words. He put this on the record. He said, we have not assessed the drive because doing so would conflict with established data privacy and information security protocols. We do not consider the device a secure medium. Additionally, the letter does not specify the number of individuals involved or describe the information contained in the records.

He also said that he was reviewing the letter with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General. So think about that for a second. The 48 hours ran on a drive that nobody plugged in while you have three offices that read the cover letter. So Shirley Weber, she’s out there screaming and carrying on in Cali. She’s the Secretary of State and she came out swinging. Her words were the U .S. DOJ’s relentless efforts to unlawfully gain access to state’s protected voter data and purge voter rolls serve only to cause chaos and fuel public distrust in our elections. Okay, think about that for a second.

All that time between when you were seeing Spencer Pratt lose his lead in two weeks time right as soon as they opened up and they had all of these extra ballots that were dropping and all of that stuff that was going on they’re worried about this data that is on the voter rolls that it’s going to fuel public public distrust not what we’ve witnessed in the last couple of elections this particular thing she also said that her office never gave the list, got the list at all, that the attorney general, Rob Bonta, that he called it spreading absolutely false conspiracy theories and that there is widespread voter fraud when there is not. This is what they are claiming.

This is what happens when you have a true blue California, deep blue state because you don’t have any other side going and pushing against it. So, what it is asking a judge for is narrower than what you are hearing anywhere else out there. You can stop California tabulating the mail ballots from likely non -citizens until citizenship can be determined and set those ballots aside. That’s all they’re asking. Set them aside. Don’t destroy them. Don’t discount them. None of that stuff, just set them aside. And so this case is not built on voter fraud, it is built on the supremacy clause.

So when a federal, when federal law and a state’s handling of a federal election, when they run into each other like this, federal law always wins. I mean that’s the spine of it. So in July, the department put the figure at 190 ,000. Today the complaint alleges more than 20 ,000. Same state, same rules, three months apart. And the Register’s own statement says that the letter that he received never gave him a number at all. A federal court now is being asked to decide what happens to ballots that are already in the mail. So Catturd, a judge in Los Angeles is going to decide what happens to the ballots that are already in the mail, 19 days out. What do you make of that?

What do you think is going to happen in good old Valley? It just can’t keep up in that state. Like we were talking about yesterday, everybody’s going to leave and it’s just going to be the worst state of the union. It’s going to be the worst state. Nobody’s willing to go there. The Democrats just keep going though, they just keep pushing it and pushing it and pushing it. Well, and the word there in the letter is segregate. It’s not cancel. I mean, does that change how you read any of this? It doesn’t mean. It’s like the word is in there. Just segregate them. The ones in questions, put them over here in this pile. The ones, you know, that we know, keep them as is. But it’s not canceling them.

It’s not destroying them. It’s not going after them in one way or the other. Look, our DMV is open. Wide open. You go into the DMV, you get a license, and guess what? you are automatically registered to vote. It doesn’t matter if you’re from Kalamazoo or Timbuktu. They don’t care. But this is a problem and this is why so many Californians, especially the Republican Californians, are so frustrated. It’s because of things like this.

I mean they start off with ballot harvesting and when that kind of caught on and just send you something catches on that gonna start doing they just do something different right let me see here you’re bum fuck Egypt yeah you can go sure it doesn’t matter they don’t even care they don’t even care and the thing about it is is what we’re starting to find out and Spencer Pratt has really nailed it a couple of times and that is it it’s not just the illegals that we have to watch that are voting in our elections it’s And it’s the homeless that are being paid off. And they just pre -fill out ballots and just count them until they win too. They give them a dollar. They do all this.

There’s no fair elections in California. There’s not any. There are the dead people and there are the elderly that have no idea where they are or what they’re doing. doing. This is who they are preying on. The people without a pulse, the people that really, you know, are not aware of what’s happening. This is a proven fact. And then, of course, you’ve got the homeless, where those reports came out, those videos came out, where they were given a couple of dollars here and there. If you were a really great negotiator on Skid Row, you could probably get four instead of two. We saw all of this. We watched it. Crazy.

But this is why when people say, oh you guys, you know, you’re not doing enough or what have you, oh my gosh, we are up against a wall here. We truly are because we are doing our part but these are the kind of things that we are up against and it’s not helping us. Well, you could fix this tomorrow, you know, move. Not quite. I wish I could. I have a job here and I have to, you know, there are certain things that I have to do in order to live and, you know, even though I’m not happy with it, I would love it if we could turn and be a part of turning the state around. It would be a wonderful thing. Get it back where it needs to be.

Or just wake up some of these people that are running it and they start to realize hey we’re running out of money this is going to be a problem for us. You would think that the money once it stops flowing that that’s going to be a problem that’s why they’re going after the billionaires. Unreal. Really something else. Well, it’s an interesting one You have a dozen federal subpoenas that have gone out, and in this case, one of them went to her sister. This is the member of Congress sister, I know you have, Ilhan Omar. Sarah Nour has now been subpoenaed, so this is going to be a very interesting case. She founded a, you know, a consultancy called Grit Partners Health and Leadership Work. It’s mostly on African projects is what she deals with. She has been served with Federal Grand Jury subpoena and the New York Times reported on it Monday the 13th. So we want to make sure that we go ahead and say in advance that SARA nor has not been charged with anything.

The report is link to that she is registered and her company is in a Minnesota address that business records tied to figures in the feeding our future case so that is why they want to talk to her. That is the business filing address. It’s not an accusation and of course we’re not going to act like it is one. But what’s on the record is this.

Agents search the Congresswoman’s home, her Washington home early Monday morning NBC News in their own words you had federal agents there that seized Democrat Representative Omar’s phone when they searched her Washington DC home this week as part of the federal investigation into potential immigration related crimes and they have sent roughly a dozen subpoenas out in this particular case. So the possible charges that NBC is reporting are, and the federal officials are citing, are conspiracy and making false statements in immigration paperwork.

So her husband, Tim Minette, he got stopped on the street on camera Tuesday by a Fox News digital reporter and his turn, you know, the crazy thing that he said was the answer. I mean, it didn’t come back as a motion in the criminal case, it came back as a hashtag complaint. And Norm Eisen was the one that filed it on Tuesday through Democracy Defenders Fund. So his words on X were officials cannot use criminal power to affect an election. That’s where they stand on this. That’s what they’re saying. And they’re saying that that is a textbook case, that that’s exactly what they’re trying to do.

The complaint also says that the search, the quote, occurred a mere four days before general election early voting and that begins in Minnesota and it appears to be time to influence the voters in the upcoming midterm election. So the White House responded to that. I got something pretty cool. Well, did you want to talk about this real quick? I’m curious because they went after her with a Hatch Act complaint, which is the rule about doing politics on the government’s time, and I’m just curious about what you think of it because this is really, I mean, it seems they’ve had this information for a while.

They finally nabbed her and now they’re trying to say, oh, no, no, no, you’re trying to go after her because it’s the election. That’s the whole rebuttal to them going after her because it’s so close to her election. Who cares? I’ve lost his election. I don’t think it matters either. Look at what they did to President Trump. I mean, all that stuff. This is nothing compared to that. It went out. They threw it out the window. I mean, do you see how he was treated and now they’re all of a sudden saying that She’s a complete just anti -American, pathetic, I can’t stand to even look at her. How many times did they go after president Trump?

I mean NBC Universal those tapes the you know all of that stuff both the first time he ran and then the second time he ran and now all of a sudden they’re saying Look and apparently the group that filed the complaint just so you know is a radical leftist organization That’s run by rabid numbskulls. This is from Stephen Chung. He said this Do you guys get this, this too? So if you get caught basically doing creasing and all this stuff and IRS, you know, reporting 30 million and then a hundred thousand dollars, do they say, well, we’re not going to mess with you because it’s near an election right now. We’re not going to charge you with anything. Doesn’t happen to a normal citizen? Nope.

Do you get special privilege? Nope. Nuh uh. Not because it’s your child’s birthday, not because you’re expecting your first child to be born, not because you’ve got all of this or that going on. Nothing stops. And yet, this is what they’re doing here, in this case. And it’s a total radical leftist that filed this, so we’ll see what happens. But I cannot wait until they get her. I hope she is deported. I know a lot of people feel that way. It’s like, come on, I’m sure they, they wouldn’t go this far unless they had something. A judge would not sign off on the raid unless they had something. So that’s where we are. All right, you go. What do you got?

that’s really a big deal. I think that is just wonderful. What an incredible award to be considered for and to get. I mean that’s just great, great news. He has a little home in Nashville that he just kind of practices and writes in. He’s got different rooms, he’s got different instruments in. It’s really cool. That’s where I go write with him when I’m up there and there’s country musical awards everywhere even on the toilet. Well he’s talented. Mine goes fast, fast, fast, fast, fast, And he’s really just a down -to -earth, nice dude. Well, congratulations. We hit it off right from the beginning. Tell him the litter mates wish him well in all of his endeavors.

And after the first talk, I’ll be about three extra days riding with him and John Rich. We’re gonna all do some riding, so. That’ll be great. Because that’s your first love. So that’ll be a wonderful thing. Anyway, I know it’s not politics, but it is a huge, huge deal.

The lady at my CVS right up the street, it’s really funny. She works there and she’s the sweetest. She’s an older lady and she’s going to be get this. I think it is like I think it is so clever She’s gonna be a CVS receipt. She’s gonna wrap herself If you’ve ever gotten a CVS receipt like it goes on for miles and miles and miles I’m telling you I think she’s probably in her 90s and this is what she does and she just she’s pushing 90 I’m positive of that and everybody is her boyfriend.

She lists them you know, I go in there with my dad every once in a while after we finished lunch, and she’ll say, there you are handsome. I mean, she’s a real hoot. And so she’s like, you want to see my Halloween costume this year? And we’re like, yeah, let’s see it. And she pulled out her receipt. She’s like, I’m going to wrap myself up in CVS receipts. And of course, and she’s going to be, she is a, you know, she works the register there. It’s just so fitting. So I can’t wait to see her on Halloween. I’m going to stop in there just to see her. It’s so fun. But anyway, our friends at Polymarket have got something going in on.

They said here that this is just in that White House Press Secretary and this is, oh, I just lost her. Gosh, I did the same thing you do over there. Yes, here it is. Zaccaria. And I guess they’re calling her, I guess her last name is not Zaccaria, which is what I thought. It’s Zaccaria. So that, I am going to apologize for, but Zaccaria is how it’s pronounced. So I just, I don’t know, it’s what it looked like to me. Well, she reveals that she was told that she could call herself a lawyer, but not an attorney amid the allegations that she failed the bar exam. That was circling around today.

And apparently they’ve got this whole thing going on, but she had a rough start, but I think she’s going to do great once given a chance. Of course, the left uses every opportunity to kind of go after anybody that is a firm supporter and believer in President Trump, and I think she’s earned that. I don’t think she would have been tapped if she wasn’t. But people are asking, and Polly Market is asking and saying there’s a 10 % chance that Zakaria is removed as press secretary by the end of the month. Do you think she’s going to get better? I do. I really do. Yeah, I mean, man, give her a chance. That’s how I feel they’re all fighting.

You know, they’re like TMZ’s doing the story They shouldn’t pass the bar who gives a damn you got to pass the bar to be press secretary on things That’s not a credential that I’ve ever heard of. Jesus Christ. Well, I mean, they’re just using every opportunity to jump on. Yeah, give her a chance, man. I’ve done worse than her the first time. I’ve been nervous. Oh my gosh, of course. I mean, this is just part of it. Can you imagine if it was us up there? Oh boy, I would be a wreck. You know me, I’m shy anyway. That’s actually why I started the Saturday show. It was trying to break the shyness, because I’m very shy. And you get very nervous before shows.

Well, we’ve got a report here that’s out. The FBI opened 25 files on American parents over school board meetings. You all knew who I’m talking about, right? Jack Smith. So that number is not our number. It is the Justice Department’s own report. 25. It was published October 5th by the Weaponization Working Group and the title of the release tells you exactly where the department landed.

Report on the Garland memo that chilled parents’ rights and warned parents could be domestic terrorist you all remember this a lot of you saw that the department’s own numbers was 25 FBI guardian assessments opened on parents one and a half million dollars to the National Association of School Resource Officers letters to all 50 state attorneys general and then the department did something that we almost never see. It published what its own people said at the time. They actually published it. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Honestly. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. They might as well have renamed the whole thing the anti -MAGA task force.

So a career official calling it an awful lot of man power for what is currently non -federal conduct, well there is one more line in that whole thing and it is the one that should bother everybody. An FBI whistleblower disclosure flagged that a parent quote is a gun owner and belonged to a right wing moms group. This is what they put in there. It should bother people.

I mean, those were the markers so now the dates because the dates are like the whole thing The Garland memorandum it is dated October 4th 2021 the National School Boards Association wrote to president let’s call him resident Biden on September 29th 2021 and called protesting parents conduct equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes this was five days apart. Then there is the dad and I want to be careful about how we put these two things next to each other but Terry Newsom, Illinois chapter president of parents involved in education, he campaigned against a book in the libraries of Community High School District 99, this was in Downers Grove.

In March of 2023 FBI agents came to his door unannounced and he has the ring footage. He was never charged with anything. His TSA pre -check went into recurrent review December 15th 2022. He got a determination of ineligibility January 13th 2023. So here’s the thing the Justice Department’s report does name Terry Newsom. It does not name any parent per se, but what we have is a federal government describing what it did, and one dad whose own time landline, it sits right on top of it. Yes, so former breaking, former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz is accused of sex trafficking young women in a federal civil lawsuit filed by two anonymous plaintiffs gates throw to Miami Herald that much of the alleged much of it much of the alleged conduct is false and said he looks forward to taking the plaintiff’s depositions hmm well we remember that he was up for AG attorney general and then he just quit and then he quit and he became a doomer and he became a host right, and then a doomer. Yeah, and now he’s a doomer grifter. Everything’s Israel’s fault. Wow. This is interesting.

Apparently, this federal lawsuit was filed earlier this week, and it was by two women who accused the disgraced former Representative Matt Gaetz and two others of sex trafficking young women as part of a scheme involving drugs. It was, the complaint was filed on Monday and it was obtained by the Huff Post and it alleges that Florida Republican used two friends, one of them, Joel Greenberg, who is serving a prison sentence after pleading guilty to charges that include sex trafficking, a minor, to coordinate the recruitment of young women who may gave drugs to in order to facilitate these encounters between 2017 and 2019. The two women were 20 and 22 when they were introduced to Gates.

Well Gates of course is saying it did not happen and he said he rejected the lawsuit’s claims and he told the Miami Herald it relies almost exclusively on congressional committee report that allow him to confront his accusers. So the Justice Department previously they launched a sex trafficking investigation indicates but ultimately they declined to press charges against him in 2023. A separate house ethics committee report said that it found evidence that while in office Gates bought illegal drugs, paid multiple women for sex and had sex with a 17 year old girl.

So this is a high profile scandal and they are really pressing this and of course they’re tying it back that this was what ultimately led to him resigning from Congress and withdrawing his nomination to be President Trump’s Attorney General. Gates is repeatedly denying any wrongdoing. So we shall see. They attack and they don’t stop. They’ve got their claws in. We’ll see. I mean, you know, we don’t know. We can only report until there is evidence, until we have witnesses, until we get to hear what they have to say. When you’re in power, they’ll keep coming for you when you’re in power. But he’s out of power now. So that’s really interesting.

right well they do and they always have no matter if how you were ever tied to the Trump administration in one way shape or form they are ruthless and they will continue to go after you regardless that’s just who these people are they hate every and they vowed to that right I mean they’ve they’ve said point -blank. You know, they will never give up on going after President Trump, his allies, his lawyers, his friends, his family, everybody, anybody that’s ever stood next to the man or supported the man. So all of us are targets, right? I mean, buying our own MAGA hats, buying any of that stuff. We’re all definitely a target of the left. That’s okay with me.

It’s not gonna change the way I do business. Sorry. I believe in this country and I think that President Trump is the man that can fix it. He’s the only person, I think, at this moment in this time that could fix it. Nobody is strong as him on either side, not even close. No. I mean, he walks into a room, no matter where it’s at, overseas or wherever, and everybody’s looking at him. Because they know. They didn’t do that to Joe Biden. Right. No.

nobody care about anyone talk to them and women they won’t get sniffed or groped you don’t want to be near them are the babies that don’t have their whole foot in their mouth oh gosh and we have been done so wrong we really have it’s just the whole setup on Trump supporters January 6th all of that stuff comes to mind. But this is again who we’re dealing with on the left. It’s a machine. So we have runners that protest a trans teammate as the race began. This is something that’s kind of new and different. But I’m running by themselves. Yeah. I mean, you know, let’s let’s see when the races are at the end of the beginning and the end of the world anyway.

I mean actually your stance is more important than that race will ever be right It’s pretty wild that I’m run by themselves And then if you have to all of you meet up after the race is over and just run it sure not anybody watching and see Who wins that’s okay with us? This is just ghost them man. Yeah, I mean All of this is very doable. Well, it’s interesting that all this stuff is coming out now and thank goodness for president Trump, because these things are being discussed in more than in one way. So, and especially with title nine and everything else that goes on. My gosh. I mean, here’s the thing. I cannot imagine anybody thinking that it was a good idea to have men and women’s sports.

I, I just, that whole argument just falls flat on its face. It’s just it’s just it’s just a thing for stupid people Yeah, it’s a ridiculous silly stupid people it is I mean what what is that all about how can they I think the people’s Perception when it was swimming it didn’t bond as much But when the Olympics when they see that guy beating a shed of girls and their eyes swollen shut and they’re bleeding out their Mouth, I think that was like Enough. I think you’re right about that.

I way this whole thing took shape and it you know unfortunately sometimes people actually have to see that in order to to know what we’re dealing with here they have to actually see a woman get completely attacked before they understand oh well maybe men shouldn’t be in women’s sports maybe that’s not such a good idea you think well here’s the deal so you had something on this today and it was on the 13 of those 24 girls that ran the 50 meters and then they walked off the courts on purpose and so now it’s a ballot question in Washington state on November 3rd. So we put the race itself out this morning so here is what is new since then it went national today and there is a vote attached to it.

Kamas High School in Washington. 13 of 24 girls, 50 meters, and then off the course they went together. They agreed on that in advance. Washington State votes on initiative 638 on November 3rd. Girls Sports for Girls. So Catturd, you’ve got 13 high school girls. They decided together and then they did it in front of everybody. I thought it was the bravest thing I’ve seen. I thought it was wonderful. It was a real break in that whole crazy thing and What did you think? That’s it. We have to see it have more of that. Yeah It’s simple anytime. There’s a trans athlete man in a sport. Everybody just don’t get in it, right? Let them be out there by themselves. I’m like an idiot That’s it.

I wouldn’t do it if I was a woman the man come up there, but now that’s I My god, I mean like I said, their stance is way more important than what a high school event or some college event or whatever It’s more important. Well, it’s really true. And these are the These are the people that could not hold a candle in a men’s sport Right, I mean, they’re the people that wouldn’t even rank. Now, when you have some professional. Yeah, the guy that was beatin’ that Leah, whatever his name is, Thomas, or whatever his name was, the guy that was beatin’ all the girls in swimming was ranked 436 in men’s swimming in college. 436. Unreal. Can’t beat the women?

Just go over there, grow your hair a couple inches longer? Hey, let’s just beat up on the women. He’s a scumbag cheater. I cannot tell you how big a scumbag these people are It’s really bad It’s well, I’m just glad that they’ve got it now on the docket. It’s really crazy. There is one more story that I was going to tell you all about real quick and it is the voter applications that were found with ex signatures on them.

Well, the Michigan clerk who would not let anybody touch her vote machines, that who beat all four felonies in April and the Attorney General is still appealing it this is 19 days before an election the Guardian who was actually was convicted of the ballot fraud got probation and $3 ,500 fine that’s what happened well Stephanie Scott was the clerk of Adams Township this is in Hillsdale County and it happened in March of 2021 where she refused to let anybody do a routine maintenance on her vote tabulators security concerns hello You’ve got everybody’s flags going up.

Well, the state elections director issued a warning order and 10 days later She was stripped of her election duties Attorney General Dana Nessel charged her in May of 2024 There were four felonies using a computer to commit a crime. That is a seven -year charge unauthorized computer access five conspiracy to commit unauthorized access five misconduct in office 5. So on April 13th of this year a Hillsdale County Circuit judge dismissed every single count her written fine was that the lower court committed an error of law and abuse of discretion and that the statute for the whole case was built on governance FOIA exemptions and contains no confidentiality restriction at all. Well, none.

Nessel appeared all appealed all of that in July and it is pending right now 19 days out. Patrice Johnson of the Michigan Fair Elections Institute on the record she said basically that she’s using the Scott case to intimidate and control Michigan clerks and Doug Lloyd the Eaton County prosecutor says this is another example of Dana Nessel putting partisan lawfare ahead of the facts and evidence. Well Stephanie Scott won and she is still paying her own lawyer to defend the win. So you can see how this whole thing ties together when you start talking about Nancy Juanita Williams who was a professional guardian at Oak Park.

She was charged in October of 2021 and the case was announced jointly by Nessel and the Secretary of State. Dozens of felony counts across five district courts. 26 fraudulent absentee ballot applications. They were submitted to nine different clerks on behalf of legally incapacitated awards. So many of them signed with an X the ballots directed to her own company’s address. She pleaded guilty in June of 2023 to seven counts and then she of receiving the payment to an influenza vote she is convicted and that is a fact. I mean she was convicted of all this.

Her sentence was one year probation a $3 ,500 fine and about $1 ,000 in fees so yeah so the new part is is that Detroit lost a public records lawsuit this year and nearly a million 2020 election documents came out on that and so in that release reviewed by the outlet that published it there are nine more Detroit absentee applications that were signed with an X and forwarded to Nancy Williams. Three of those nine produced ballots that were actually cast. So we’re gonna let the Secretary of State close this one out, and in her own words, from the day those first charges were announced, she said, our election system is secure.

And today’s charges demonstrate that in the rare circumstances when fraud occurs, we catch it and hold the perpetrators accountable. Nothing happens to them.
